The design of the Xbox Series X is the result of a combination of hardware and software innovations and targeted technical measures to maximise speed and performance. For example, the cooling architecture features three airflow channels that distribute the waste heat from internal components evenly across all openings, ensuring that the Xbox stays cool and runs quietly. In addition, the split motherboard allows for even higher performance thanks to even temperature control of the internal components.
