You can deploy the USB 3.0 ports to connect USB devices. RJ45 connector for cabled network connection. You can even read and write on SD cards by the built-in SD card reader. Sound connectors for headphone and microphone. And as icing on the cake, the dock is equipped with a USB-C throughput to connect power. This way your computer can charge and have the dock connected at the same time.
